Terms of Service

The operating rules for using Agent Zoo during beta.

What this is

Agent Zoo is an AI agent platform (diagram generation and document Q&A), currently in beta.

Acceptable use

Don't use this platform to generate, upload, or process illegal content, or to abuse the underlying AI agents (attempting to extract another user's data, circumventing the credits system, or deliberately overloading an agent).

Accounts found violating this may be suspended or have their content removed, at the operator's discretion.

Credits and billing

Each account can claim credits through the account page (a signup grant and any other active campaigns). Using an agent spends credits based on real usage. Credits aren't guaranteed to be replenished, and future paid top-ups (via Stripe) may be introduced. See the Privacy Policy for how billing records are retained.

Availability and changes

Features, agents, and pricing may change or be removed as the platform evolves during this beta period. See "No warranty" below for what this means for availability.

Account termination

You can stop using the platform at any time. An account-deletion flow is planned but not live yet — until then, email qianxiaoyu19@gmail.com to request removal. The operator may also suspend or remove an account for a violation of the acceptable-use terms above.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including uninterrupted availability, data durability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output (diagrams, summaries, answers) can be wrong or incomplete — review it before relying on it. These terms are a good-faith, plain description of how the platform is actually run, not formal legal drafting.

Third-party software

Third-party components are governed by their respective licenses. See the third-party notices, source downloads and replacement instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by those licenses, including modifying the work for your own use and reverse engineering to debug modifications to LGPL components. Those rights do not grant access to other users' data or our servers.
